The reconfiguration of an old launderette into one 2 bedroom flat and two 1 bedroom flats required some planning and authority.

Once approved, our team undertook an extensive refurbishment. This entailed new heating systems, rewiring, new kitchens, new bathrooms, new windows and doors including a full loft conversion and basement conversion from professionally tanking the basement to laying the new flooring. Creating the extra space enabled the perfect living space for families. This property is a great addition to our growing rental portfolio.
